The only work you will need to do is to blend the pulps into a smooth texture. How thick you would like your Acai smoothie or bowl would really be up to you.
Firstly it is important to choose the Unsweetened Acai Pulp since it is totally sugar free and with only Organic Acai pulp and less than 0.2% of Citric acid, you are really getting some clean food.
If you would still like to have the pulps to be slightly sweetened you can blend it with frozen banana which will also have to thicken the Acai up. If you do not like the taste of banana then you can try our Acai pulp with Guarana or add a splash of honey.
