What is Acai?
Acai is a berry of the acai palm tree which grows throughout the Amazonian river in South America. They don’t last long on a shelf so you can generally find them in frozen form. They are also rich in nutrients and antioxidants.
We currently have two forms of Acai - Acai Sorbet and Organic Acai Pulp. Our Acai Sorbet is made with Organic Acai Pulp which is packed with nutrition like antioxidants, fibre, calcium and heart-healthy fats. This makes it a great and healthy replacement for your ice cream! Our Acai Sorbet is ready to eat, no blending is required.
Our Acai Pulp is Organic, Gluten-Free and GMO-Free, and it comes in two forms - Pure Unsweetened and Sweetened with Guarana. They contain the finest quality with NO preservatives and artificial ingredients. Our Pure Unsweetened Acai Pulp contains ZERO sugar, making it keto and diabetic-friendly. Our Acai Pulp Sweetened with Guarana contains low fat, sugar, and calories. They are perfect for those who enjoy blending their own acai bowl or acai smoothie at home! What does Acai taste like?
Our Acai Berry Sorbet PURE have a sour and berry like taste.
Our Acai Berry Sorbet ZERO is slightly sweeter with berry like taste.
Our Acai Berry Pulp Pure & Unsweetened is the closest to how Acai taste, earthy and tart.
Our Acai Berry Pulp Guarana has a sweetened earthy profile.
Are your products Plant Based/Lactose-Free/Gluten-Free/Non-GMO?
Yes, both our Acai Sorbet and Acai Pulp are plant based, lactose & gluten free and non GMO!
How long can I keep Smoof Acai Sorbets and Acai Pulps?
The Acai Sorbet pints can be kept for up to 12 months in the freezer please refer to the exact expiry date.
The Acai Pulp can be kept for up to 24 months in the freezer. Please refer to the sachets for the exact expiry date.
How do I best consume Smoof Acai Sorbet pints and Acai Pulp?
We recommend you to leave the Acai Sorbet pints to thaw for 5 to 10 minutes before consuming. You may top it off with your preferred toppings.
For Acai Pulp, thaw pulp for 5 minutes before cutting it open and blending with your favourite ingredients till smooth. We recommend using frozen fruits for thicker consistency. Enjoy it as a smoothie or acai bowl and add your preferred toppings as well. Read here for more acai bowl recipes.
What makes Smoof Acai sorbets different from the rest?
Our Acai sorbets are manufactured right in Brazil. You will immediately notice the difference in texture, they are smooth and creamy, not icy. There is a stronger taste in many aspect, just like how the Brazilians enjoy their Acai. Our sorbets contains more Acai per pint, many of the sorbets out there are around 380g - 400g.
I just placed an order. When will I receive it?
You will receive it in about 1-2 days except for Sunday and Public holidays. There will be a SMS sent to you a day before the delivery.
How much does delivery cost?
FREE delivery for orders above $55.
For orders below $55, there is a $3.99 delivery fee.
For orders below $25, there is a $10 delivery fee.
What happens if i am not at home to pick the orders?
Not to worry, you can either reschedule by replying to the SMS regarding the delivery or let the delivery driver know that you are not around and have them reschedule the delivery. If you allow us to leave your items outside the doorsteps, do try to leave a styrofoam or cooler bag for safety reasons.
Do you offer bulk orders or collaborate for events?

What is your refund/exchange policy?
Only items that are missing, melted or damaged are exchangeable. You may drop us a text via the WhatsApp widget found on the bottom right of your screen and we will do the arrangements accordingly.
